Brandwise, a MarketTime company, conducts “Office Hours” or Q&A webinars to answer questions current customers have on how to use our platform best. We host these so you can use our order writing and B2B website solutions in the most efficient manner. We have found that most of our attendees do not always have questions but join regularly to learn from others’ questions and have formed a great community. The most recent Brandwise virtual webinar addressed several frequent questions that users encounter, and we have compiled them into this article along with solutions to those problems. 

We are excited to announce that Alexis Hubbard has taken on the role of Vendor/Supplier Onboarding Expert in addition to her role as a Tier 2 Customer Success Technician for the Brandwise platform. Alexis joined MarketTime in January 2022 as a Tier 1 Customer Success Technician, working directly with customers on the front line to resolve any issues they experience and achieve success using Brandwise. This month we conducted an interview with Alexis in celebration of this highly requested new role and what it means for any new suppliers joining the Brandwise platform. 

This month, we conducted an interview with Sean Brungardt. Sean is a valuable member of the MarketTime Data team, bringing his skills and dedication to the role of DB Support Lead & Analytics. His work behind the scenes plays a crucial role in the onboarding process for new customers, helping them get up and running with MarketTime and achieve success. Sean’s passion for his work and appreciation for the positive culture and great people at MarketTime make him an asset to the team.
