Your Sales Agency has joined the MarketTime platform, and we have some additional information we wish to pass along.
RECEIVING ORDERS:
By default, you will receive purchase orders from your Sales Agencies via email link. This allows you to download/print a PDF copy of the order and automatically notify your salesperson that you’ve received it. There are integrated ways to receive order directly in your source system or pass them to Stream. If you are looking for alternatives, reach out to our Sales Team HERE.
SETTING UP YOUR ACCOUNT:
If you are already a member of MarketTime and managing your information, please provide your MarketTime ID (ex. M4410) to the Sales Agency so that they may link up with you.
Easy Steps for Registration with MarketTime:
- Register as a Manufacturer within MarketTime
- Once you have been approved, we will link you to your Sales Agency and a unique MarketTime ID (Ex: M2) will be generated for your business. You will then be able to retrieve sales orders and utilize other great features available to you in MarketTime.
BRAND PROMOTION:
To assist your Sales Agency in successfully promoting your brand, we request that you gather the following things and provide them to your Agency contact.
- Your current item list – The preferred template for your item list may be found here.
- Images for each of your items – The guidelines for these can be found here, and should be provided via a Dropbox or similar link for efficiency.
- How to upload your logo and company details.
- How to set your defaults for orders you’ll receive.
