Please review important notes below:

Data Field Mapping: Data field mapping is not yet fully supported in MarketTime. MarketTime does currently support mapping of customer account numbers. If you elect to stop using Stream and begin receiving orders directly in MarketTime, note that your historical data mapping in Stream will not transfer over to MarketTime.

Payment Gateways: Any payment gateway setting present in your Stream account (E.g., Authorize.net, mtCharge, etc.) will be mirrored in the MarketTime platform unless you specify otherwise. If you are using Hosted PCI manual credit card retrieval, please consider mtCharge of an alternate connected payment gateway, as the Hosted PCI manual credit card retrieval method will be sunset in the coming months.

API Keys: If you'd like to move to an API Integration and need an API Key, the form below can also be used to make this request. Select "Yes"  for the "Do You Need an API Key?" question.

NOTE: Each request will be reviewed individually by the MarketTime team.
Your Stream account will remain active and available to receive and process orders during this time.
