Why We’re Making This Change

This version was originally designed as a limited entry point. Over time, it has become clear that it no longer supports the level of functionality needed for an efficient workflow.

Retiring this tier allows us to place all vendors on solutions that:

• Integrate properly with Sales Agencies
• Eliminate manual workarounds
• Deliver consistent, reliable order processing

It also ensures vendors have access to critical tools that save time and improve visibility, including:

• Full order history and live order status
• Product management
• Payment processing
• Reporting and analytics

 If you'd prefer not to move to Plus, your agencies can continue emailing you your orders, but you'll lose system access, payment processing capabilities, live status updates, the ability to self-manage your product files, and reporting.
