Mitchell Oliver has transitioned from Director of Technical Support to Product Owner, Strategy & Enablement. As part of the Product Team, Mitchell will directly own modules and functionality related to Reporting, Commission Management, and Salesperson & Territory Assignments while also assisting other Product Owners with product strategy and customer insights. With over five years of leadership in Technical Support, Mitchell brings deep knowledge of customer needs and workflows that will help ensure our platform continues to evolve in ways that matter most to our users.
Jeremy Burnham has been promoted from Director of Implementations to Senior Director of Professional Services, where he will now oversee both the Technical Support and Implementation departments. This expanded leadership role reflects our ongoing investment in customer-facing teams and our commitment to providing best-in-class customer service and support. Jeremy’s ten years of experience at MarketTime, across both Technical Support and Implementations, make him uniquely equipped to drive continued improvements that benefit our entire customer base.
Finally, Samuel Morris has been promoted to Technical Support Team Lead in recognition of his outstanding performance as a support technician. Samuel consistently delivers respectful, high-quality service to our customers and holds his colleagues accountable for continuously raising the bar for service and support, while also remaining a valuable source of knowledge and assistance for the Technical Support team.
