This letter should help ensure that each Brand is set up properly to receive orders and process payments from day one.

(Agency) utilizes MarketTime as our sales enablement technology platform. The MarketTime platform includes a suite of tools encompassing order writing, order delivery, B2B eCommerce, analytics, and payment processing. The MarketTime platform enables efficient and secure collaboration between Brand partners, Sales Reps, Customers, and Agency Administrative Staff. Nearly every order written for your Brand will flow through the MarketTime order portal.
The MarketTime platform enables your Brand to fully manage your relationship with our Agency, in one secure and convenient place.
There are four key components that your brand can manage in MarketTime:
- Company Information (contacts, payment terms, shipping information, etc.)
- Product and Promotion Data (including images, shoppable catalogs, categorization, etc.)
- How you will receive your orders (from manual options to full integration)
- Payment Processing (accepting payments through mtCharge or a connected third-party gateway)
