Top Tips from the Latest Brandwise Wisdom Workshop
Brandwise, a MarketTime company, conducts “Office Hours” or Q&A webinars to answer questions current customers have on how to use our platform best. We host these so you can use our order writing and B2B website solutions in the most efficient manner. We have found that most of our attendees do not always have questions but join regularly to learn from others’ questions and have formed a great community. The most recent Brandwise virtual webinar addressed several frequent questions that users encounter, and we have compiled them into this article along with solutions to those problems.
Ensure that your iOS and mtPlay are up to date.
This essential step ensures that you have access to the latest features available in mtPlay and that everything runs smoothly on your iPad.
mtPlay Issue: iPad License Broken Link
If you encounter a broken link when trying to install an additional license, follow these steps to fix it:
- Go to the mtPlay homepage and click on the iPad License icon.
- Click the gear icon in the top right corner.
- Click "Unlink" to remove the broken link.
- Restart your iPad and click the iPad License icon again to install the additional license.
- If you continue encountering issues, contact the Brandwise Support team via email at support@brandwise.com or by phone at 303.788.9970 x1
Getting Stuck on Step 9 of Sync
If you get stuck on Step 9 of Sync, it is likely due to a poor internet connection. Follow these steps to fix it:
- Move to an area with a better internet connection.
- Close and reopen the Sync feature.
- If the problem persists, try restarting your iPad or resetting your internet connection.
Problems Emailing Orders
If you encounter issues emailing orders, it is likely related to the Mail app itself rather than mtPlay. Try these steps to fix it:
- Check your internet connection.
- Make sure your Mail app is up to date.
- Try restarting your iPad or logging out and back into your email account.
How often should I run a sync?
It is recommended to run a sync at least once per day, ideally first thing in the morning and in the evening. There is no need to run syncs throughout the day, especially if you have a good internet connection.
